Robert E. Dael  

President & CEO

Bob has spent 40 years as a banking professional with extensive experience in retail branch banking, cash management sales, domestic and international operations.  Prior to joining the MACHA staff in April 2015, Bob was a member of the MACHA Board of Directors for more than 15 years, and Chairman for 7 years.  Bob holds a Bachelors degree from the Detroit Institute of Technology and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking.

Kimberly W. Rector, AAP  

Senior Director of Education

Kimberly is the Senior Director of Education for MACHA.  As Senior Director of Education, she is responsible for providing assistance, education, and training regarding the ACH Network and related payment systems to MACHA's members.  Kimberly has over 33 years experience in the financial services industry at both commercial banks as well as credit unions, with a concentration in ACH operations and services.  In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities as Senior Director of Education, Kimberly also represents MACHA and its members on several NACHA sponsored Work Groups, responsible for the on-going maintenance and development of new ACH Rules.  Kimberly is a graduate of "The Payments Institute" and is an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP).

Tracy A. Berriman   

Senior Director of Strategic Services

Tracy joined MACHA in January of 2018 to assist with the launch of MACHA’s Strategic Payment Services.  With more than 30 years combined commercial banking and professional consulting experience she has worked with financial institutions of all sizes.  Her experience in assessment, development and implementation of best practices, process improvement, product, application and system implementation and integration, policy and procedure development covers all operational areas of banking.  Tracy’s banking experience includes retail and back office operations, digital finance sales and implementation, network management and administration, information security program development and management, software optimization and customization, vendor management and selection, regulatory compliance administration, business resumption and disaster recovery, and enterprise risk management.  Tracy attended the American University in Washington, DC.

Marybeth Mueller   

Director of Member Relations and Administration

Marybeth joined MACHA in May of 2018. She has a robust background in relationship management, marketing, and program operations. She is responsible for all aspects of member relations and MACHA’s office management. Marybeth received her B.S. from Seton Hall University in Business Administration with Marketing and Management concentrations and a minor in Anthropology.

Trish D. Conte   

Operations Specialist

Trish joined MACHA in July of 2011.  She has over 30 years of retail and commercial banking experience.  Trish is responsible for communication of pertinent industry information to MACHA's members and greets our members at our Columbia workshops.  She also handles program registrations and publication orders.

Natalie F. Oyler-Lusco   

Marketing Specialist

Natalie joined the MACHA staff in March of 2012.  As Marketing Specialist, Natalie is responsible for planning and executing all of the association's marketing initiatives, including education announcements through postal mail and email.  She built and maintains the MACHA website; she also manages MACHA's social media presence on LinkedIn and Twitter.  She holds certifications in Google Analytics and AdWords.  Natalie holds a B.A. in Modern Languages from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and is currently pursuing an M.A. in French from the University of New Orleans.
