John has been in the financial services industry for more than 39 years, 23 years of that time with Mid-Atlantic financial institutions. Prior to serving as President of the Mid-Atlantic Payments Assocation, John was very involved with MACHA for a number of years, serving as a member of the Board of Directors for 10 years, 4 of those years as Chairman. John also served on a number of MACHA committees prior to becoming a Board member.  John also represents MACHA and its members on numerous NACHA, ECCHO, and 5th District Fed sponsored work groups and committees.  John is a graduate of  'The Payments Academy' and currently serves on the TPI Board of Regents.

Kimberly Rector, AAP
Senior Director of Education
Kimberly is the Senior Director of Education for MACHA. As Senior Director of Education she is responsible for providing assistance, education, and training regarding the ACH Network and related payment systems to MACHA's members. Kimberly has twenty-six years experience in the financial services industry at both commercial banks as well as credit unions, with a concentration in ACH operations and services.  In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities as Senior Director of Education, Kimberly also represents MACHA and its members on several NACHA sponsored Work Groups, responsible for the on-going maintenance and development of new ACH Rules. Kimberly is a graduate of "The Payments Institute" and is an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP).

Heather B. Briganti, AAP, NCP
Director of Education
Heather has been with MACHA since June of 2008.  Prior to joining MACHA, Heather worked in the financial services industry for more than 25 years.  During that time she held numerous management positions in operations, product development & special projects.  Heather's primary responsibilities were for developing & delivering electronic products and services to consumers and small business customers. Her primary focus has been on Debit Cards, ATMs and Web Banking. At MACHA, Heather is responsible for developing and delivering Card related educational programs and training.  Heather graduated from "The Payments Institute" and became an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) in 2009.

Carmela L. Grelli-Holland
Director of Member Relations
Carmela joined the Mid-Atlantic Clearing House Association in January 2008. She has twenty-nine years of retail and commercial banking experience with financial institutions in the Mid-Atlantic region.  Members and non-members should contact Carmela about membership benefits and how financial institutions and corporations can join MACHA.  She is also visiting our members in an effort to find out how we are doing and how we can better meet your expectations.  Carmela is a graduate of NACHA's "The Payments Institute".

Trish D. Conte
Marketing and Operations Specialist
Trish joined MACHA in July of 2011.  She has over 30 years of retail and commercial banking experience.  Trish handles program registrations and publication orders. She is also responsible for communication of MACHA programs and other pertinent industry information to MACHA's members and maintenance of MACHA's website.

Natalie Oyler
Administrative Assistant
Natalie became the newest member of the MACHA staff in March of 2012.  She has extensive experience in retail and customer service-oriented positions.  Natalie is responsible for program notice mailings, organizing and assembling educational training folders for workshops and the distribution of monthly member statements.
