Since the publication of the 2010 edition of the ACH Rules, NACHA's Voting Membership has approved two amendments to the NACHA Operating Rules:
- Rules Simplification (Attend MACHA's ACH Rules Simplification teleseminar on November 2, 2010 to learn more about this amendment.)
- Mobile ACH Payments
The rule changes for both Rules Simplification and Mobile ACH Payments will become effective on January 1, 2011. This information is available under the supplement tab of the ACH Rules Online.
To access ACH Rules Online, you will need the 12-digit serial number located in the front of your 2010 ACH Operating Rules book or CD.
